Booking Policies

Booking Requirements

A deposit is required in order for the booking to be confirmed. This is equal to thirty per cent (30%) of the total amount due. The deposit is non-refundable unless a cancellation is made (see cancellation policy) and is deducted from the total amount outstanding. Payment can be made through bank transfer or via credit card.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be fully refunded only if you inform us of the cancellation at least 45 days prior to your arrival.
